Excellent service received. From the first day bringing in my truck to the collision center for repairs to the last day picking up my GMC truck.. all of it was 10/10. I also got to ride a free BMW loaner while my truck was being fixed which was very nice. Haig really did a great job taking care of me and my truck. Highly recommend this collision center for any GM owner.

Pacific Collision Center has always delivered and continues to deliver outstandingly in everything they do. I went in and left so pleased with my recent services with them. I put all of my trust and assurance into the amazing team at Pacific Collision Center.. Thank you to Andrew, Haig, and the rest of the team that puts all of their thoughtfulness and care into what they do. As someone who is very particular about who I trust to service and handle my car, I am beyond impressed and grateful with the way they performed.

Had a minor collision when a truck backed into my Z4 and Pacific Collision handled the repair. I wanted the repair done by a certified BMW facility and Pacific Collision did an outstanding job. The repair was perfect and the customer service was simply world class. Their team made me feel like an important customer and their communication skills and level of professionalism was excellent. I have been a customer of Pacific BMW for regular service for 30 years and a happy and loyal customer, but this was the first time using their collision department and I could not be more satisfied.

My car was hit at the rear area. I brought my car to BMW collision center at Brand Ave.. I met Haig, Orelia, Scott at the office and Michael at the car repair area. They took care of the communication and supplements request with the adjuster of the insurance company by mails and calls. Then they inform me about the process. I fully trust that they will give the best result of my car repairing. And I am very satisfied. Thanks to the team! You guys are awesome! 👍

I brought my BMW to this shop for my first time 6 years ago and it is now the only shop that I will EVER go to for any kind of repairs or body work that's needed on any of my BMWs. I've always had such a positive experience here. Andrew is the best in the business and Oralia is just always so nice and keeps me updated on the status of my work order/repair. I've previously had issues with "BMW certified" collision centers not being able to properly paint match metallic paints (BSM, Dravit Grey Metallic), but they return the car to you like it was straight from the factory. I recently took my carbon fiber front air ducts for my 2026 G80 M3 here to get refinished because it had some hazing and scratches and they did a prestine job. Can't recommend this place enough for any of your BMW repair needs!
